A team hub for updates, wins and meeting notes

Every team's home page — a feed of updates, wins and sync summaries, with the team's files and process docs one glance away.

Team news ends up everywhere. A win gets mentioned in a chat thread, a process change goes out by email, the notes from Monday’s meeting live in whoever took them. A week later nobody can find any of it — and the person who was on holiday never saw it at all. The Hub gives each team one place for the things it wants everyone to know.

One hub per team

Every team in Clarion has its own hub, named after it — the Sales Hub, the Operations Hub, the Leadership Hub. When you switch teams, you switch hubs. That keeps the feed relevant: the support team isn’t scrolling past marketing’s campaign notes to find their own.

Notes & Notables

The left side of the hub is a feed called Notes & Notables. Anyone on the team can share an update: type it in the box and post it. Each post shows who wrote it and when.

Some things need to stay visible — a new process that starts Monday, the holiday schedule, this quarter’s focus. Pin them, and they stay at the top of the feed above everything newer. Unpin when they’ve done their job. Delete anything posted by mistake.

Meetings that write themselves up

The hub is where your syncs leave their trail. When a team sync finishes, its summary is posted here automatically, including:

  • The Wins & Notables the team shared during the meeting.
  • The meeting’s notes and the action items that came out of it.
  • How many metrics were reviewed and challenges discussed.

Sync posts are marked as such, so they’re easy to tell apart from people’s own updates. Anyone who missed the meeting can read the hub and know what happened, and anyone who was there has a record to point back to. Nobody has to remember to send the notes.

Everything else the team needs

The right side of the hub shows the team’s shared material, grouped by category:

  • Assets — the files and links the team uses every week: brand guidelines, price lists, templates. Add one straight from the hub. See assets.
  • Knowledgebase — the team’s process docs and guides. Start a new article from the hub and it’s filed to this team. See knowledgebase.

So the hub answers both “what’s going on?” and “where’s the thing I need?” from one page.

Good for new starters

A new team member’s first question is usually “what do I need to know?” Pointing them at the team hub gets them the pinned announcements, the last few weeks of meeting summaries, and the team’s core documents in one place. The guide on onboarding a new team member builds on that, and sharing company knowledge covers what’s worth writing down in the first place.

How it fits

The hub isn’t a chat tool and doesn’t try to be one. It’s the slower, more durable layer: things worth reading next week, not just right now. Pair it with the knowledgebase for anything that should outlast a feed, and with teams to decide who sees which hub.
