If you coach, advise or run operations for several businesses, the hardest part of the week is knowing where to spend it. Each client has its own goals, its own numbers, its own meetings. Checking them one by one takes a morning, and the client that’s quietly slipping is usually the one you didn’t check. The advisor view is a single page that answers “who needs me this week?”
The whole portfolio on one page
Open All Companies from the company switcher and you see a card for every company you’re a member of — your own and each client company. Each card shows:
- Health score — a number from 0 to 100, with a bar and a status.
- Milestones — how many are on track, out of the total.
- Metrics — how many are on target, judged on each metric’s latest value against its target (lower-is-better metrics count the right way round). Metrics without a target or a recorded value aren’t counted.
- Challenges — how many are open, and how many of those are escalated.
- Last sync — today, yesterday, a number of days ago, or never.
Across the top, three counts sum up the portfolio: how many companies are Healthy, how many Need Attention and how many are At Risk. Search narrows the list by name when it gets long.
A health score you can explain
The score isn’t a black box. It’s built from three things, so you can tell a client exactly why they’re where they are:
- 40% — the share of milestones on track or completed.
- 40% — the share of metrics on target, based on their latest values.
- 20% — escalated challenges, with each one taking 5 points off this part, up to 20.
A company scoring 80 or above is Healthy, 60 to 79 Needs Attention, and below 60 is At Risk. A company with nothing set up yet scores well by default, so look at the totals too — a perfect score with zero milestones means there’s onboarding to do, not that all is well.
From overview to detail in one click
When a card catches your eye, Open Dashboard switches you into that company and takes you to its dashboard. From there it’s the full product — the company’s milestones, metrics, challenges and syncs — and the company switcher takes you back.
The last sync date is often the most useful number on the card. A company that hasn’t finished a sync in three weeks has usually lost its rhythm, whatever its score says. That’s where to show up next.
Built for consultants, useful for groups
The advisor view is designed for consultants and agencies running Clarion across client companies — see teams and companies for how clients are set up and who gets access. It works the same way for anyone who belongs to more than one company, such as a holding company with several operating businesses.
Owners and admins open it from the company switcher. If you’ve given colleagues All Clients access, every client company shows up on their page too.
