Every team in Clarion has a Hub: a feed of updates on the left, and the team’s files and knowledgebase articles on the right. It’s the first place to look for what the team has been saying and where its documents live.
Open your team’s Hub
- Pick the team in the sidebar.
- Click Hub.
The page is titled with the team’s name, for example “Sales Hub”.
Post an update
- Under Notes & Notables, click into Share an update with your team….
- Write your update. Line breaks are kept as you type them.
- Click Post, or press Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows).
The update appears at the top of the feed with your name and how long ago it was posted. Updates are plain text, which keeps them quick to write and read. For anything long-lived, such as a process, a policy or a how-to, write a knowledgebase article instead.
Pin what matters
Click Pin under an update to keep it at the top of the feed, above newer posts. Pinned updates are marked with a pin icon. Click Unpin to let it drop back into date order.
Pin things the whole team needs to see for a while: this quarter’s priorities, a policy change, a holiday schedule.
Delete an update
Click Delete under the update. You can pin, unpin and delete your own posts. Owners and admins can do the same for anyone’s.
Sync summaries in the feed
When a team’s sync ends with Complete, Clarion posts its summary to that team’s Hub automatically. These posts carry a Sync badge and include the wins, notes from custom agenda steps and a recap of what happened in the meeting. Anyone who missed the meeting can catch up here. See Run a live sync.
Older updates
The feed loads the most recent updates first. Scroll to the bottom and click Load more to see earlier ones.
Team assets and articles
The right-hand side of the Hub shows the team’s resources, grouped by category:
- Assets: the team’s links and files, including ones marked team-only. Click Add to add one to this team. See Upload and version assets.
- Knowledgebase: articles assigned to this team. Click Add to start a new article that’s already assigned to the team. See Write knowledgebase articles.
